  • HOA Fees: Monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) fees are $322.80, collected quarterly.

  • Construction Status: The community is actively expanding, with new homes available for purchase.

  • Home Prices: Prices for new homes start in the mid $300,000s.

  • Note: While it has Hilton Head in the name, it would be approximately a 40-minute drive to Coligny Beach Park and slightly less to other locations on the island.

 

2. Sun City Hilton Head
